Job Title: Janitorial Lead
Location: North Myrtle Beach, SC
Salary: $16.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Description:
Malone Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Lead to oversee and manage our cleaning team. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As the Janitorial Lead, you will ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the highest cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure proper completion of all cleaning duties.
- Perform routine inspections of areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Maintain and ensure the safety of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Monitor and report inventory levels for cleaning supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Address any concerns or complaints from clients regarding cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures follow safety and health regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a huge plus.
