Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning and maintenance team. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and meet the highest cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification in janitorial services or facilities management is a plus).

Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.

Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with scheduling software and inventory management systems.

Knowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives.
