Customer Service Representative Overview
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a large distribution facility in Ladson, SC. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers–resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. CSR Highlights:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Location: Ladson, SC

Pay: $18.50/hr with Full Benefits package offered immediately

Environment: Office setting, minimal physical demands

Growth: Gain exposure to billing, systems, and administrative support
CSR Job Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and in person

Address service or billing inquiries and complaints; process adjustments as needed

Enter and maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Resolve issues quickly or escalate to appropriate departments

Issue service orders and address changes using computer systems

Recommend service improvements to enhance customer experience
CSR Requirements & Qualifications:

Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred

Excellent communication and active listening skills
-
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently

Comfortable using computers and standard office software

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
