Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Portland, TN
Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
-
2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
-
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:45 AM
? Pay Range: $21.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all aspects of the paint system, paint line equipment, facility equipment, and production machinery. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preventative and emergency maintenance, and committed to ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production and facility machinery.

Conduct regular preventative maintenance and respond to urgent repair needs.

Maintain operational efficiency and help meet production and departmental goals.

Support safety initiatives and compliance with ISO standards and 5-S procedures.

Collaborate on projects and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs frequently.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for up to 8 hours per shift.
Preferred Experience:
-
2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.

Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Familiarity with PLCs and HVAC systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Minimum of 2 years in production maintenance.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
