Job Title: Forklift Operator/Material Handler
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Job Type: Full-Time | Overtime Available
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. This role requires proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, reach truck, and/or cherry picker equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety protocols, and a drive to meet daily productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting

Load, unload, and move materials within the facility

Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Accurately and efficiently complete tasks to meet or exceed daily production goals

Assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks

Experience with receiving processes is preferred

Ability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment responsibly

Must be able to pass a drug screen

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
