Account Supervisor
Join a fast-paced logistics and distribution team as an Account Supervisor in Ladson, SC. This leadership role oversees warehouse operations, coordinates freight movements, enforces safety protocols, and drives team performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Account Supervisor Highlights:
Temp – Hire
8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

Account Supervisor Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff

Monitor shipping schedules, freight status, and customer communications
-
Enforce safety and security standards for personnel and property

Maintain compliance with operational and productivity goals

Evaluate employee performance and support training and development
-
Ensure accuracy in shipment documentation and billing
-
Perform hands-on work as needed and assist in problem resolution

Collaborate across departments and lead team meetings
Account Supervisor Requirements:

1-2 years of supervisory or logistics experience preferred
-
Strong communication skills via email and in person

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, lead teams, and solve problems effectively

Comfortable with physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs

Willingness to work 8-9 hour shifts, 5 days a week, with potential overtime
