Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for on On-Site Labor Coordinator for a large distribution company located in the Ladson, South Carolina area! Coordinates human resources activities with operating teams, such as employment on-boarding, communicating with vendors, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
On-site Labor Coordinator Duties:
- Coordinates with Management and operating teams to complete daily manpower planning.
- Advises department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Monitor daily time clock usage for completeness and accuracy of punches.
- Create and maintain KPI reporting needed by Managers and Supervisors.
- Support the safety department and safety training initiatives.
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan for qualified employees, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance for qualified employees.
- Conducts wage surveys within the labor market to determine competitive wage rates.
- Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Ensuring Associates are compliant with the company rules and regulations.
- Manage payroll functions for associates including timekeeping activities and payroll reports
On-Site Labor Coordinator Requirements:

1-2 years of related experience or a combination of education and relevant training.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership and respond to sensitive inquiries.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort in working with data, ratios, and abstract concepts.

Prior supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to provide management support and guidance.
- Must be willing to submit to background and drug screen
