Heavy Assembler – Lincolnshire, IL
Pay: $18.25/hour
Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Heavy Assembler positions in Lincolnshire, IL.
Position Summary:
As a Heavy Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly and final processing of manifolds. This position supports the company’s mission to create worldwide customer delight through quality and service. You will work under supervision and collaborate with team members to complete various assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products following blueprints, instruction sheets, PCPs, and other production documents

Prep parts, de-burr, power wash, install plugs and fittings, and test assemblies

Log assembly details on required documentation

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Meet quality and productivity standards
-
Support workflow by preparing work in process for the next production step

Use manual tools, power tools, gauges, and other equipment as needed

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
-
Comfortable using manual and power tools
-
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
-
Basic English reading, writing, and math skills
-
Must be a team player and able to multitask

Experience with scanners, microscopes, and measuring gauges is a plus
Physical Requirements:
-
Stand for 8-10 hours
-
Lift and move 15-50 pounds
-
Work with parts of various sizes and weights
