Job Title: AP / HR Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Join a cutting-edge industry and take your career to the STARS! A local growing Aerospace company is seeking an AP HR Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $24 to $27 per hour. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both Accounts Payable and ideally HR Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Accounting degree or relevant certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred but not required
- 2 years of AP experience and Administrative experience
- Understanding of accounting concepts and general ledger accounts
- ERP system experience preferably in EPICOR but not required
- Strong MS Office and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Organized, flexible and deadline driven in a fast paced environment
- Confidential and discreet
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
