Position Snapshot
- Title: Technical Sales Representative
- Location: On-site | Akron, Ohio
- Position type | Contract to hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (with flexibility)
- Salary: Base Salary starting at up to $53K (depending on experience)
- Commission: Uncapped | Eligible after direct hire | Top performers earn up to $20K+ annually!

A Few Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely sales quotes to customers
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and purchase orders
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand product specifications and communicate effectively
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- 1-3 years of sales experience (Technical Sales Experience)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and/or drawings.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Experience:
- 3 + years of sales experience.
- Quoting experience.
- Experience hand-drawing a concept drawing in 3D (sketching on paper/laying out a concept).
- HVAC/sheet metal industry or construction industry (Preferred & huge plus)!
- Bachelor's Degree, preference in a technical and/or engineering discipline, OR equivalent relevant work experience.
