Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile Process Technician for a global partner that specializes in automotive interior and exterior injection-molded parts, glass assembly, compression forming, and custom assembly, located in Georgetown, KY.
Process Technician Benefits:

Process Technician Duties:
* Ensures that production systems run efficiently and reliably, contributing to high-quality manufacturing outcomes
* This role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and collaboration with team members to maintain and improve processes
* Set up, operate, and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process issues to reduce downtime
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
* Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and achieve production goals
* Document and communicate process changes to maintain accuracy in production records
* Follow and promote all safety protocols and workplace standards
Process Technician Skill & Education Requirements:
* Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous
* Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve technical challenges
