Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile General Maintenance Technician for a global partner that specializes in automotive interior and exterior injection-molded parts, glass assembly, compression forming, and custom assembly, located in Georgetown, KY.
General Maintenance Technician Benefits:
* $22.90 – $30.40/hr. pay for License Maintenance: $28.40 – $35.90/hr. pay
* Direct hire position

General Maintenance Technician Duties:
* Ensures seamless operations by maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facilities
* This role is vital to supporting production goals and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
* Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as required.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders and inventory usage.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all tasks.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve maintenance goals
General Maintenance Technician Skill & Education Requirements:
* Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification is a plus
* Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred
* Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexibility to work varying shift times and occasional overtime as needed
