Looking for a new job opportunity? Malone is hiring multiple Process Technicians in the Fountain Inn area starting at $26.88/hr.
Process Technicians Highlights:
-Shifts: Both 2nd and 3rd shift available
-Temp-to-hire positions
Process Technician Responsibilities:
-Responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection molding processes.
-Document and communicate with other team members
-Maintain documentation for process equipment
-Manage process controls for the injection molding using DartNet system tools.
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of acceptable quality standards
-Responsible for monitoring Maintenance Technician mold change program loading and set-ups.
Process Technician Requirements:
-Understand quality systems, Environmental, Health & Safety requirements, product safety, information security.
-Ability to work additional hours and or overtime as needed.
-Needs a high school diploma
-At least 3 years of experience completing mold changes
-At least 1 year of experience as plastic process technician
-At least 1 year of experience within the automotive industry
-Must have at least 1 year of experience on a forklift
-Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Process Tech Preferred Qualifications:
-Systematic molding training
-Master Molder 1 and 2 Training
-At least 3 years of experience with Mold Changing
