Call Center Representative:

This is a hybrid remote role with the potential to be fully remote for those who live further away!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide expert suggestions for compatible substitutions when necessary.
- Provide timely updates on order and return statuses to customers.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments with precision and clarity.
- Complete general office duties to support overall operations.
